Memory Fit is dedicated to keeping you safe this Covid-19 season. To help us accomplish this goal we have implemented the following protocols: 1. Temperature checks for all attendees in our classroom
2. Classroom size will be kept small
3. Additional break provided to re-sanitize classroom during learning session
4. Two students per table with individual supplies
5. Students will wear mask in the classroom
6. Hand sanitizer will be on each students table
7. ALL MEMORY FIT STAFF HAVE RECEIVED 1ST & 2ND MODERNA VACCINATIONS

Memory Foundation (Part One): 4-week course starts by teaching you facts about your beautiful brain. Did you know your brain weighs 3lbs? You will also learn about our different types of memory and how we use them in everyday life. This course advances to Memory Everyday where you will learn techniques and strategies for everyday memory challenges. This class is hands on. Attendees expect to participate and receive take home assignments.

Memory Everyday (Part Two): Congratulations you have made it to Part Two of Memory Everyday. During this 4-week course you will learn everyday memory habits that deal with real life memory challenges. Attendees will also learn how stress and anxiety affects memory. Many people pride themselves in multi-tasking. However, does multi-tasking support brain health? Learn the answer to this question and so much more in Memory Everyday. This class is hands on. Attendees expect to participate and receive take home assignments.

Memory Everyday (Part Three): This is a BIG Deal. You have made it to Part Three of Memory Everyday. This 4-week course is a continuation of Part One and Part Two memory Training. Attendees will learn strategies to remember names and faces. They will also be introduced to foods that promote brain and heart health. Being sedentary is not an option in Memory Everyday Part 3. ML Walking Easy will be introduced during this session. Attendees will learn to increase balance, strength, and walking pace. This class is hands on. Attendees expect to participate and receive take home assignments.
