Memory Fit Brain & Body Aerobics
Memory Fit Brain & Body Aerobics: In each session you will learn a memory training strategy or health related topic. After the educational component you will participate in a 45-minute cardio exercise workout routine. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a bottle of water, and be prepared to move your body.
The benefits of becoming a member is you will learn health related topics from guest speakers, learn about foods that support brain & heart health, invite to socials, boosted mood, support group, help manage diabetes, help manage hypertension, and manage stress. Plus so much more.
In our beginner’s course students will learn fun facts about their brain. They will also learn about the 4 types of memory we use daily. PAV (Pay Attention, Associate, Visual) a memory strategy students will learn to help them remember by making associations. This online training class is 1 hour 30 minutes. This class is taught via Zoom. A link will be sent to you via email once you register.
In this course students learn fun facts about their brain. In this training course students will learn how placing things in groups and creating titles will help boost their ability to remember. Sentence and Link Method is also a strategy student learn to create sentences linked with this things they would like to remember to assist with boosting their ability to remember.
