Memory Fit is dedicated to keeping you safe this Covid-19 season.  To help us accomplish this goal we have implemented the following protocols: 1.  Temperature checks for non-vaccinated students

2.  Classroom size will be kept 3 per table

3.  Students are not required to wear mask if fully vaccinated

4.  Hand sanitizer will be on each students table

Memory Foundation is a 12 week course that starts by teaching you facts about your beautiful brain.  Did you know your brain weighs 3lbs?  You will also learn about our different types of memory and how we use them in everyday life.  This course advances to Memory Everyday where you will learn techniques and strategies for everyday memory challenges.  Attendees will also learn how stress and anxiety affects memory. Many people pride themselves in multi-tasking.  However, does multi-tasking support brain health?  You will learn the answer to this question as well as strategies to remember names and faces. Your Brain and Heart are Best Friends you will also learn foods to eat that supports their health.  Being sedentary is not an option in Memory Everyday. This class is hands on. Attendees expect to participate and receive take home assignments. Self Investment $40 each month.
