Memory Fit is dedicated to keeping you safe this Covid-19 season. To help us accomplish this goal we have implemented the following protocols: 1. Temperature checks for all attendees in our classroom
2. Classroom size will be kept small
3. Additional breaks provided to re-sanitize classroom during learning session
4. Each student will be at their own table with no sharing of material
5. Students will wear mask in the classroom
6. Hand sanitizer will be on each students table
7. Class will be dismissed immediately after each learning session to discourage congregating
* A Certified Memory Trainer will review additional safety measures prior to attending your learning session. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Memory Foundation: 4 week course starts by teaching you facts about your beautiful brain. Did you know your brain weighs 3lbs? You will also learn about our different types of memory and how we use them in everyday life. The course advances to Memory Everyday where you will learn techniques and strategies to strengthen your memory. This class is hands on. Attendees expect to participate and receive take home assignments.
March 15th until April 5th 1:00 pm-2:00 pm
